Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request. Guest Access: Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals. The Neighborhood: The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. While the ski in/out access wasn't right to the condo entrance due to the end of season conditions, it was still just a very short walk to the closest trail.We arrived after hours and the staff kindly arranged for lock-box pickup of our condos' key cards. Underground covered parking was very convenient. Our only gripe was that the ski storage area was not marked, and after hours there was nobody around to guide us. We wandered around for 10 minutes before we could find it.The location is fantastic, walkable to the Blackcomb Village and a convenient shuttle to Whistler Village. The hot tub and pool were great.The unit itself wasn't as "homey" as other vacation rentals we've stayed at, but while a bit sterile it still had everything we needed. It was very clean, had a nice kitchen with lots of supplies, and fully lived up to the listing and photos.We would definitely stay here again without pause. Highly recommended! ##### Kory B. The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay which was disappointing; better communication on this issue would have been appreciated as the kids got their hopes up based on various discussions we had with the front desk.
