"We were here for the weekend due to an Allstar cheerleading competition..in which all 8 of our teams won 1st place!!! This was a lovely hotel and there’s a lot of restaurants close by. It’s literally 2/3 mins from The Pyramid Bass Pro shop and the river park. I’d most definitely stay again!! "

"Exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, all appliances are very nice and new or recently purchased. Extremely comfortable beds, great bedding and towels. The host was kind enough to supply toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner in both bathrooms, as well as kitchen supplies ( trash bags, dish & laundry detergent, etc). Host was very nice and quick to respond to a few questions we asked. Great safe neighborhood, very walkable to the bass pro shop, and short drive to Beale Street and Civil Rights Museum areas. We would definitely book this house again. "

"Beware when booking! This house is located in a very unsafe neighborhood. Once arriving we saw groups of people standing on the corners, walking around and noticed the house was not as the photos seem. I immediately messaged the host but with no response so I called the local police to check the safety of the area. They warned us to lock the doors, stay very alert and not to go outside at night. Also told us about a website we could check the zip code to see about safety called crimegrade.org. We checked and the area is rated F for violent crime and property crime. After reading and speaking to the police we immediately left the house and went to a hotel. We were two woman traveling and it was definitely not a place for woman to be alone. The owner would not refund us even with the insurance purchased and false advertisement of the property. First time this has happened to us booking a VRBO and we were very disappointed"
