"My room was clean, but the outside of the hotel and the halls and lobby were quite dirty. Dirt and debris all over the floors, a non-functioning but filthy looking ice maker on the 3rd floor, and a strong smell of cigarette and weed smoke throughout the common areas. "

BUT, the owners Rick & Gloria were fantastic…. Made us feel welcomed, down to earth and always available ….. over the top with customer service and we had a perfect week !!! "Carpets are nasty and full of stains in the corridor of each floor. Checked into a room and there was nasty moldy smell, informed the front desk and they were kind enough to shift me another room."

"This was a disappointing stay. We requested and we're told that we had a non-smoking room, but it smelled terrible. There was a big hole in the carpet next to the bed and cigarette Burns. The towels were nice and the shower was great. Reserved a king room but they were only upstairs and Mobility did not allow that so we ended up downstairs with two beds. Very old Linens. This hotel needs updating desperately."
