"Only problem was housekeeping didn’t come until late afternoon."

"Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. "

"One night stay for a turn and burn flight. No one at the front desk initially. Elevator down, so only first floor available. Was placed in the back by the exit door, so a lot of unwanted traffic and noise when trying to sleep. "

"I went there cause of the hot tub to do at night with the kids. It was broken both days even though i asked them to fix it. They would not give me a credit or discount as i only booked them for this amenity. The front desk guy said well its too bad and nothing he could do. Said he would have the maneger call me. They never did. And they didnt care how there problem disappointed my kids and other parents kids cause it was cold at night. They did nothing to fix it. But the guy at the front was completely rude and said what did i expect him to do. When i asked for a discount he laughed. Ridiculous "

"Everything was great and the best part was the clerk to check me in Juana went above and beyond to help us. I will be going back to the hotel again from this point on."

"Hotel is dated and needs an upgrade. Lady at front desk was not helpful. "
