The situation was great with just a few steps to the beach. The beach is covered completely on high tide on that section but it was ok with us with the other activities we did. The listing said there was a view of the marsh in the back. We thought that view was from our unit, but it wasn't. We had to walk around another unit and look over the reeds. There was no place to sit either to take in this view. Should have brought our own pillows. There was no AC but turns out the ocean breezes and many windows were glorious!
