### Relaxing Condo in Wellington

Newly updated unit available for seasonal or annual lease. This is a 2/2 with a den. You can comfortably sleep 7 if needed. There is a 1 car garage and 1 assigned spot. Utilities are included: WIFI, CABLE, HOME SECURITY, ELECTRIC. Amenities are available: STREAMING SERVICES, POOL, HOT TUB, SMALL GYM, VOLLEYBALL COURTS, TRAILS, FISHING. The unit is fully furnished. It is located close to the Equestrian/Polo activities, shopping, parks and entertainment.  
  
The master, guest bedroom, and both pull out couches have memory foam mattresses (3 queen and 1 full). Both couches are also leather. There is tile in the entry, bathrooms, and kitchen. There is wood-like vinyl in the den and bedrooms. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower. The guest bath is a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms that have streaming services provided. The living room TV console has LED lights that you can control. The house has several tables that have USB, charging ports, or power outlets built in for easy use. There is a small-designated working space located in the guest room. The balcony has a small patio set and it overlooks the old golf course. That has a walking trail, or you can practice on your swing. You can also go fish for bass, tilapia, or snakeheads. The condo is stocked with items to make moving in easier. We like to provide, coffee, k-cups, sugar, creamer, some cleaning supplies, drinks, and more.
