Sweet Cape Cod Cottage! (CS0011)

  • Centrally located charming Starfish cottage, a true Cape Cod experience! Welcome to this charming cottage located on the ocean side of Wellfleet, 2 miles to downtown, 1 mile to the bay beaches of Indian Neck, and less than 3 miles to oceanside beaches. This is a perfect central location, to enjoy all that Wellfleet, and the Outer Cape, has to offer.

    Step onto the fenced deck with furniture and a grill, a comfortable outdoor area. Enter to the eat-in kitchen, with a table for four, a full kitchen. This room leads to bedroom #1, a queen bed, and an en suite bathroom.

    On the other side of the kitchen is the separate living area, fully equipped with games and even a guitar for late-night sing-alongs. This room leads to bedroom #2, with twin beds and the other en suite bathroom. There is a pool on site.

    This cottage is quintessential cozy Cape Cod, neat, comfortable, easy. Relax and unwind, soak up that salty air and sunshine!
    Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request.

Very clean. Easy check-in. Good tv entertainment system. Our only disappointments were1. being charged so much during off season (we had typically paid 125/night and that was among the marshes)2. learning that we COULD have rented a place for the same rate RIGHT BY the WATER.

Eco Friendly Summer Cottage

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was the perfect size for our family of four, and having two full bathrooms was definitely a huge plus.The cottage itself may be a little outdated, but it was extremely clean and comfortable, which mattered much more to us. The deck could use a little more love compared to how well-kept the inside was, but it didn’t take away from our stay.The pool was awesome to have, and the cottage community was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We do wish this cottage had an outdoor shower like some of the other cabins, especially after a day at the beach.For the price we paid for a full week right in the middle of peak season, though, you really couldn’t beat it! It was also an easy ride into Provincetown, which we loved doing each night.Overall, a great value, a comfortable stay, and a wonderful home base for our Cape Cod vacation. We’d definitely consider staying again!
