Townsplace accommodated after our original hotel overbooked and had no available room for us. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. Bathroom was clean. Indoor pool was a little too cold for my kids (it was 60° outside lol), but having a bathroom specifically for pool users was a plus. Very nice

This was a great hotel--safe, quiet and a good breakfast. My only quibbles are really for the hotel designer/manager: We stayed in one of the handicapped rooms because it was the only King bed, non-smoking left. The shower has been fitted with a curved curtain rod. Because it is wheel chair accessible, there is no way to keep water from going out on floor. Also, there is no counter top. I understand its so a wheel chair can go underneath, but there still needs to be some sort of flat surface to place cosmetics and the like--even handicapped people need a place to put their toothbrush. Also, there must have been a water temp governor on the shower, because it only ever got lukewarm. Other than the bathroom issues, it was a great stay and we'll stay there again when in the area--just not the accessible room.

The location is great for our needs. Cleanliness is good. However there were some spots clearly missed on the shelving above and below the bathroom sink. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't happy with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the room smelled musty and the room had little piss ants everywhere. When we were packing up to leave I even found the ants in my suitcase. The front desk didnt seem to care. I WOULD NOT recommend!!

The Death Star

The picture to the left in no way represents your hotel. Driving up, your hotel looks like the Death Start, covered in plywood and scaffolding with literally no lobby, as everything is covered in plastic.

This entire hotel looks closed. Theres A LOT of construction and none of the amenities listed are available. No laundry, no ice, no vending, no breakfast, NO LOBBY.

Watch out for nails in the parking lot

The Hotel is right in the middle of renovations. The whole lobby is torn down. Parking lot is full of old doors, matresses, and garbage. Watch out for nails in the parking lot!
