  • New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

    Treat yourself to ocean and sound views with easy beach access, fishing, surfing, and kiteboarding just steps away! This 3,700-square-foot beach home was designed with comfort, family, and relaxation in mind. This home has a resort feel with high-quality furniture and finishes. The four suites and bunk room each have their own TV. And the tower has a sleeper sofa and views of the ocean and sound. The great room features dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceilings and the home's large rooms open out to 1,800-square-foot decks and porches, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The family room/game room is a great place to hang out with the kids, and you'll have a single-car garage, a large heated pool, a deluxe five-person hot tub, and a secluded tower room. The kitchen makes for a great place to start the day without feeling like you are missing out on all the fun while cooking! You'll have everything you need to make meals for the gang. The elevator makes this an ideal retreat for families with older members and small children.

    2BNWaves is equipped with free WiFi and an incredible inside and outside sound system.

    The private pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
    You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement

Great big house!

Loved the house. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable to be at. Loved that it had an elevator on it, so we wouldn't have to keep walking up and down the stairs lol. It was close to the beach and I would stay there again

Perfect house for a large group! The pool table, pool, hot tub, & short walk to the beach were all perfect! Also we had an issue with our smoke detectors going off and the property manager had someone over in less than 20 minutes! We hope to stay here again one year!

Great Stay

House was Great! Had everything we wanted, the big open concept was great for everybody to hangout and eat together. The pool room was used extensively as was the pool itself. Even had the neighbor’s cat Bitty stop by regularly to say hi. Location was perfect, very short walk to the beach and was never crowded all week. Would definitely stay there again when going back to the area.

Fabulous Family Vacation

The house and location was great. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the sound. Several good restaurants close by with Avon just a 20 to 25 minute drive with more shopping and restaurants. Loved there were 4 king beds for the couples and separate bunk room for kids.

Overall we had a great family Thanksgiving in Waves, NC! Steps from the beach!

The property was the perfect size for the family. The staff was friendly and check in/check out was very easy. Had hoped the rental would have been cleaner upon arrival, as it appeared certain rooms were overlooked. Everything worked properly and we enjoyed our time in Waves.

We arrived sept 16th, Hatteras Reality was amazing, and our house was better then we expected

The house was beautiful, we brought our pups for their first OBX vacation, the elevator was a bonus for groceries and getting things up to the rooms. 200 easy yards to the beach and the pool was great too. We will be back

Best vacation ever

THE best home we have ever rented for vacation. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds and linens were very comfortable. We played pool, used the hot tub, fish cleaning station. It has it all. Will book again for sure.

We would stay at this house again. Great location walking to the beach or the town. Many jig saw puzzles to choose from as well as books✅. Comfortable beds✅ we loved the front balcony with the front porch swing. Pool table was used every day. 👏. Missing this house and hope to return🤞🏼💕

Beautiful home

This house is as pretty as the pictures and very spacious. It's not a long walk to the beach and the pool is awesome. We had a toddler with us and were able to have fun in the game room while he napped upstairs. It was also very nice that we all had our own bathrooms to use.

Beauty on the Beach

An amazing high end restore style home with dazzling appointments and location. Our stay was beyond our expectations. You have it all, the beach, the sand dunes, the beauty, along with a gorgeous blue pool and a relaxing Hot Tub. Not to mention the mass open kitchen and large rooms with ample sleeping and clean refreshing bathrooms...Wow this is the best. We want to come back!
