« Sit by the River, listen to the birds, watch the eagles, feel the breeze, and have access to lots of great restaurants, all kinds of music, shopping and historic sites. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and Roku TV. Very clean, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet a sweet dog named Finn. If you want an “upscale” resort with amenities this is probably not your spot, but we LOVED it! Thanks, Anthony for being a thoughtful host. 😊 »

« We were attending our daughter's graduation from Northwest Missouri State. It was my husband and I with both of our Mothers and my best friend. This place was absolutely perfect! Everyone was able to have a bedroom and the living area is HUGE! We spent the whole weekend and would have loved to stay longer. Such history in the house and the town square was amazing! Highly recommend El Ray Pappis Mexican restaurant. The tamales were Awesome! Greg was the perfect Host. He had snacks by the coffee...

« My husband and I needed a few days of quiet and solitude and Janet and her cottage were perfect in every way! The covered porch made for a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the rain and the birds singing. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen provided what I needed to cook (one of my ways to unwind), the fireplace was a great addition...Janet thought of everything. The property and the cottage exude peace...just what we needed! »

« This home was great for our family and friends stay for my Son’s Benedictine College Graduation. It is about a 25 minute drive to the College but GPS gets you to and from easily and the drive on the country roads is nice, especially in the spring with everything being so green. The host, Christine, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed with many special touches and details including a S’mores basket! You can tell she takes great pride in the home she grew...

« We loved our stay here. The house is fantastic. There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen as well as on the gas grill outside. Everyone had a space to relax. I especially enjoyed the outdoor space. In addition, the house is beautifully decorated. Marty and Kerry were very helpful.They reached out when our son left something behind. We look forward to renting this home again. »
