Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege"

Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Staff really polite. Facilities clean & quiet . Restaurant really good & they even grow their vegetables on the property about 20 feet from the kitchen, fresh & delicious Thai cuisine. The cost of the room is reasonable all around in this area of Thailand About 1 to 2 times less than other areas of Thailand. My wife & I are visiting from the USA family. "Excellent value for money. Big room. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel was very quiet during our stay in early January. Very attractive location and grounds. The beds were very firm. No safe. Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain. But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Our cabin overlooked rice fields that was very pleasant, especially seeing farmers working in their fields. Lots of tour groups stay here so meal times can be busy. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We did not eat dinner here. The pool looked lovely especially at night time."
