This was our first VRBO rental so we didn't know what to expect, but the host was incredibly responsive and helpful! The property was very clean, ideally located and felt like home away from home! We stayed on a very rainy weekend, so having laundry allowed us to stay totally active though soaking wet, with the dryer more a necessity to change and begin again! I highly recommend the property and the host. You will love it

The townhome was extremely clean and in a great location, just a short walk to Capital One Arena. It made getting to events very easy. There are also several great restaurants nearby, which made the stay even more convenient. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in, clean, and just as the pictures showed. Location was convenient to the National Mall and most sites, about 30 min walking or a 10-15 minute, 10-15 Uber/cab ride. The grocery store was literally just across the street, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions. Excellent stay, and we would definitely book here again on a return trip.

This is a great apartment in a terrific neighborhood. The photos don't do it justice--it's much larger than it appears. Overall, we highly recommend Jay's apartment.

Great location - the neighborhood is walking distance to the mall and has some good restaurants and a Safeway nearby. It’s clean, bright, and Jay is incredibly quick to respond. I had a ton of questions about parking and he always got back to me right away. The bedrooms have skylights which make them nice and bright during the day, but also made for some early wake ups. Just a heads up in case you like a dark bedroom!

Beautiful amenities! Very clean and comfortable! The location was wonderful. We were very happy we chose to stay here. The host was very good at communicating and I felt comfortable in knowing how to access the accommodations and all other need-to-know details.

Great place to stay. Super clean. Five minute walk from the convention center. Definitely worth the money--Jay provides guest street parking if you register your car with the DC parking app. Coffee maker (need pods) and enough kitchen ware to meet our needs. Beds comfortable. Not a home--just for rental. There was no coffee provided--we went out to buy our own. Would be nice to have at least the first day of coffee available! Would definitely stay again. Check in and communication easy.

Great location. Being so close to the grocery store was amazing too! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Stairs had some uneven steps so if your balance is not great be aware.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center and needed a place I could park a car. This house was a short 5 minute walk from the convention center and had good off street parking. The house was very clean and Jay was a great host. The furniture is not the most comfortable, the beds are a little firm, and the kitchen could use some more item. It is easy to provide good customer service. When there is an issue that comes up, that’s where someone has an opportunity to provide excellent customer service, Jay did that. I had an issue and contacted Jay and within a couple hours he took care of it. The only thing that really matters is would you stay again. Yes, I would, and I’ll book the house again when I come back next year.

DC spring break

First time trip to DC- location was great for access to metro as that is completely what we used for our transportation And it was maybe 1 block from Safeway grocery and various restaurants which was awesomesuggested improvement- better stocked kitchen- could use more plates, bowls, silverware, serving /mixing bowls, salad tongs , serving utensils

Great location near convention center

This house was the perfect place for us to get away from the convention center, and much cozier than a hotel. A couple of suggestions would be to have more dishes and silverware (a group of more than 2 would need to do dishes about every meal), and to install some towel hooks on the back of the bathroom door so there is more than the one rack. We would definitely stay here again if we return for another con!

Property was immaculate inside; neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Metro stop and grocery were just blocks away. Founding Farmers, Busboys and Poets, and Capitol Burger were all within walking distance as well. Some nearby houses are being rehabbed, and that work will add greatly to the area's appeal.
