"This is an excellent centrally located small property for a few days in Dubrovnik. The rooms are modern, clean and nice sized. Breakfast is ample, coffee is great and the service smooth. There is no lift, you have to walk with your luggage (or get a porter) from Pile Gate. But these are minor compared to being able to pop back to the hotel whilst visiting the small city. There is no reception area to relax, get a coffee or cold drink; but this is a very small 'functional' hotel - not a resort."

"Stunning hotel that is near Dubrovnik old town but far enough away it’s slightly less busy! We really enjoyed our stay here. Modern and large bedroom. The rooftop pool was great with stunning views out to the ocean. We were always able to get a sun lounger when we went up late afternoon everyday. Just a short stroll to the beach which has multiple nice spots to swim, particularly around the edge off the rocks. We enjoyed all our meals at the breakfast buffet, rooftop restaurant and downstairs restaurant. Only negative experience was one staff member who at breakfast tried to remove my meal while I was still eating, and then that afternoon left us waiting for a long time in the sun for the bill from when we asked but kept serving other people. Overall this did not take away from our stay and I would not hesitate to book again"

"Overall staff were very helpful, room was clean, there’s breakfast. Air conditioner in the room was not working at the time we visited but staff moved us to a different room which was nice. Wish they maintained the property better as we feel that it needs some work in some areas. The price was very affordable."
