« This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

« Our stay way excellent. While the property is not on the water, access to the beach is a very close. The property was clean and their bed was really comfortable. The water was a little too cold to enjoy swimming without a wetsuit. Also, due to a western wind bringing some bitting flies it prevented hanging out at the beach. « The stay was great even though the weather wasn’t the best. The house was nice and the location was great. There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed such as a loose board on the deck and the shower curtain rod needs to be permanently attached so it doesn’t fall on someone else’s head. We would stay here again on our next trip to the Outher Banks if it was available. »

« This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was super clean and had all the amenities you would need. The covered deck was perfect to sit at even when it was raining a little the first day. We enjoyed some great sunrises, relaxing, and reading books out there. Very easy access to the beach. Great location to get to restraunts, breweries, and stores. Even walkable to some of them. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and will definitely be back. Hope to rent the same condo again! »
