Designed for Comfort & Functionality Inside, you’ll find: \~ A designer kitchen with a walk‑in scullery - perfect for hosting and entertaining. \~ Two spacious living rooms integrated with multiple indoor/outdoor flow zones. \~ Four generous bedrooms and a separate media room configured for rest and leisure. \~ 2.5 bathrooms with modern fixtures and finishes. Lakeside Tracks & Walks: the property is close to Wanaka’s network of walking and cycling paths connecting the lakefront, parks, and recreational spaces. Guest Essentials Included To help you begin your stay smoothly, the property provides starter supplies such as: \~ Toilet paper, washing powder, dishwasher detergent / tablets, \~ Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, \~ Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. These are initial supplies only and may need topping up depending on the length of your visit. OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved. Checkout is at 10:00 am: We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
