The Space:  
Maplewood Manor, in the lovely village of Walworth, offers visitors that perfect blend of small-town hospitality along with easy access to the lake and the larger towns that line it. A luxurious 6-bedroom home providing the ideal setting for your friend’s getaway or extended family function, you’ll have plenty of indoor space to spread out alongside an outdoor setting where the kids can play in the yard while the adults enjoy afternoon cocktails on the deck.  
  
As you explore the greater Geneva area, the warmer months will have you spending days on the beach or boating around out on the water, while the colder months bring opportunity for skiing and snowboarding, ice skating, and brightly lit festivals. A short walk from your front door will take you into town with plentiful options for shopping and dining. A 5-minute drive away, you’ll find the charming and scenic village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, and on the opposite side of the lake, the bustling city of Lake Geneva.  
  
The home’s interior is a picture of sophistication, expertly curated with comfortable furnishings and chic décor to maximize your downtime and connection with others. With several living spaces to choose from, everyone will be able to have the relaxation experience they desire. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room to stream all your favorite entertainment on the mounted smart TV or escape to the charming front room for a quiet afternoon nap. Take your morning coffee or break out the cocktails and cards in the sunroom, soaking up the plentiful natural light. The lower-level den is all-things entertainment, with a full-sized shuffleboard table, board games, and additional sofa seating with smart TV for an immersive family movie night.  
  
Back upstairs, the sparkling kitchen is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, high-top stool seating for 6, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your mealtime endeavors. Between the more formal settings of the breakfast table and dining table, you’ll always be enjoying your fare in good company.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 6 private bedrooms.  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.  
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.  
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed.  
Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.  
Bedroom #5 includes a full-over-full bunk bed along with a twin size trundle.  
Bedroom #6 includes a queen size bed.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom, as well as 3 full guest bathrooms, two with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and one with a single vanity and walk-in shower.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.  
• There is a Ring doorbell on the front door, a Blink doorbell on the patio door, and a Ring camera facing the deck/garage.  
• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.  
• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
