« Cette hôtel n'est pas fait pour les GEEK. Hotel en pleine forêt au bord de route( beaucoup de passage en journée. Le téléphone mobile ne passe pas encore moins la 4G. La réception est équipée d'un ampli pour pouvoir téléphoner. Le Wifi est accessible partout dans l'hotel quand il veut bien que vous vous connectiez . Sinon, aller à la réception. Restaurant, choix , qualité, et le prix ne vont pas ensemble. 21p pour une simple steak frites. Manque d'intimité , les personnes sur le parking peuvent...

« The room was lovely and clean plus they had put heating on which was a bonus on wet cold day. Disappointed the shower in our room would not work so had to use the bath not ideal when you like a morning shower. Very nice room not in main building but lovely Christmas wreath on door , Dyson hairdryer and room fan plus lovely selection of teas coffee and hot chocolate available. Only gripe is the pillows they are fluffy feather ones and are useless in my opinion. Had a meal in restaurant it was...

« The Swan at Hay Hotel est une bonne adresse pour qui veut séjourner à Hay-on-Wye et découvrir les librairies de livres anciens ou la réserve d'oiseaux de Holy Island. Bonne cuisine dans un cadre chaleureux et agréable, avec un service détendu et efficace. Un bémol : certaines chambres donnent directement sur une cour intérieure, et il ne faut pas se trouver en face du néon de sécurité qui nous a éclairés toutes les nuits... (en l'absence de rideau sur la porte, il a fallu mettre une serviette de...

"Je suis venue dans cet hôtel pour 1 nuit est je n’ai pas du tout appréciée…. Attention dans les chambres il y a de grandes fenêtres mais ne s’ouvrent pas complètement uniquement le haut vers l’extérieur… pas de Clim ! Avec cette chaleur Juste un petit ventilateur pour survivre… le spa est trop décevant… une piscine froide qui ne donne pas envie, un jacuzzi trop brûlant un sauna hyper petit ( il ne faut pas être claustrophobe ..) les vestiaires sales. Un conseil apporter bien vos claquettes.. et pour finir j’ai pris un repas ( salade cesar) horrible ! Quelques bout de salade avec 1kg de mayonnaise et quelques morceaux de parmesan… ( j’avais demandé sans anchois) et le tout pour 16$?! J’ai rien touché.. à part ça le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel très sympathique. C’est dommage … et décevant "
