"Upon check in we were not provided any information on the hotel amenities. We did not know there was a restuarant, bar or spa. The next morning, room service delivered to the room next to us at 7:00 am and annouced they were at the door loudly waking us up. They then let the door slam shut when entering the room and leaving. My husband left with what appears to be flea bites - they allow dogs in this hotel. When he notified the front desk they just said "ok" they did not ask what room we were in or say that they would notify the manager."

"The property was a great location it allowed us to walk to most of our activities. The room was clean and the staff and services were great! My one complaint was I used Trivago/ Expedia for booking and the rate was quoted as all Taxes and Fees included!! Upon arrival I learned I had to pay $80 dollars in parking fees. I was not happy about that! The young Lady at check in said she would try and help with that and did not. There was plenty of vacant parking available and I feel ripped off. I would like to stay at the property again but will have to take that under consideration"

"Right away the check in clerk was very welcoming with lots of great ideas for local places to visit and enjoy a good breakfast. The cookie was a nice touch. The lounge was nice. The parking needs to be figured out, maybe side access to the building would help guests have an easier way to unload and head up to room. There was some rennovating going on and the floor I stayed on had not been updated yet which accounted for the low score on cleanliness. Overall it was a good stay, I would recommend for visit and will probably book again when visiting city. "

"My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! Also, we spent time at the lobby bar after a day out… and Lindsey did an outstanding job of dealing with the craziness of Ironman, and still being helpful, polite, and concerned about the “regulars” coming in. She was handling more than her fair share of stress absolutely with flying colors. The desk staff was also outstanding in dealing with that busy event! We would definitely stay again at Chattanooga Marriott Courtyard. "
