Imagine waking up to the sound of waves, stepping onto your private lanai, and watching the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee in hand.
Sea turtles bob up for air right outside — year-round — and from mid-December through March, humpback whales pass through, often visible right from your chair.

Lisa and Scott’s oceanfront condo is a one-bedroom, one-bath retreat on the second floor — elevated just enough for better views, a nice breeze, and a real sense of privacy.

The complex is quiet and low-key, a welcome contrast to the bustle of resort living.
The condo comfortably sleeps two, with a pull-out sofa that makes it workable for two couples traveling together who don’t mind getting cozy.

The space
We’ve put real love into this place, and it shows. The condo is comfortable and well-appointed, with moderate temperatures and steady trade winds keeping things just right. AC in both the bedroom and living room is there when you need it.

The kitchen is fully equipped — cook a proper meal, pack a beach lunch, or make your morning coffee before catching the sunrise. Free wifi makes it easy to work remotely if you need to, or just stay connected while you decompress.

Whether you’re here to recharge, explore, work or simply do nothing for a few days — this is your spot.

Getting around & exploring.....
A short walk to the harbor opens up a lot — hop on a snorkeling boat, grab a slice at Point Break Pizza, or settle in for a meal at Haven, whose cuisine is worth making a reservation for. Step out of the building and Maui is yours.

A 10-minute walk from our quiet cul-de-sac brings you to Sugar Beach — a three-mile stretch perfect for long walks, sunbathing, and swimming without the crowds. There’s also a small kiddy beach just steps from the building when you want something closer.

After a day out, come home to a heated pool and outdoor grills, with lounge chairs nearby to take it all in.
