Great location and stunning views in the neighbor. A quiet cul de sac. I had one minor repair that was resolved within 24 hours. Unit does have AC but, after house is cooled down; I didn't need it for sleeping. The dog, Charlie is your vacation ambassador, protector, and friend! There was no information in the unit about its specifics or the area. Not enough plates or silverware - two teaspoons, one distressed frying pan, had to clean the oven before using and some of the shelves in the refrigerator. We went to Goodwill to buy a frying pan. A sweet dog but the yard had lots of dog poop so didn't want to walk out there. Laundry was left in the washer and dryer often so we had to remove it to do our own laundry. The space itself was fairly clean and well furnished but we were disappointed by how poorly equipped the kitchen was. Bathroom and bedroom were good and well equipped. ##### Sally V.
