"Room was clean and updated. Check in was efficient, but all pools were closed. The pool abd variety of restaurants options was the reason we booked with them, they should post when they are under construction. NO POOLS OPEN, and only one court yard restaurant open. With pizza, salads burgers and chicken sandwiches. The panni sandwiches are pre-made frozen they just heat up. That's like gas station food, for the price of 12.00 really. The second night the diner was opened up. No other restaurants were open during our weekday stay. So we had to go off site to find better food. We also could have used better bar service 2 bars had nice bartenders, other 2 were like we were inconvenience. Price for beer was little high. First time at Hard Rock might be better during weekends."

"The room was rather dated with a broken lamp on arrival. The walls, bathroom, flooring, sofa was from 1970 or before. The sofa was so broken in, there was no cushion to sit on. I requested sheets and blanket for the fold out and got the thinnest blanket that was thinner than the sheet. Breakfast was not included and was 17 for adults 11 for children which is ridiculous. Room was clean but flooring was decades old. Staff was kind. 13.00 to park which was not listed on Expedia nor was the cost of breakfast. I would have stayed where else had i known."

"Beautiful hotel and property, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’ve found lacking on my the last 2 stays ( in the last 2months) is the carpet in the rooms need a really good deep cleaning or replaced. In room number #447 which was my last stay ( 6/16/26) the main area walkway areas of carpet in that room was just not the cleanest. Thinking it was possibly from heavy use and or just that there was a lot of soap/ dirt residue left in the carpet after a cleaning, When walking on it even with socks on it felt stiff and almost sticky."

"The stay was very restful after a long drive. The shower head needs to be replaced or cleaned. Lighting in bath room was not bright. The breakfast was ok. Could have added some more variety of breads, such a bagels. Other than that very nice stay. Would stay again."
