The property is in a great location. It's about 5 minutes walk to the Alamo and 7 minutes walk to River Walk. The property has good amenities like full kitchen with pots and pans, washer and dryer in the unit with laundry pods so we can cook and wash our clothes. The staff are friendly and responsive.
The issue is we booked 1 unit with 3 bedrooms but we got 2 units instead. They were next to each other but they were not connected rooms which was inconvenient. Also, there was no floor mat in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage and the water was dripping when the AC turned on so we had to put a towel on the floor so we didn't slip and fall.

Excellent staff, beautiful and spacious rooms. I love the door that separates the bedroom from the other half of the room, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Sank into those pillows and that bed gladly every night. Stars of the show were the amazing view of the Riverwalk, the big vanity mirror, and the wide full-length mirror for me. Hubby was excited about the espresso machine. Loved the proximity to everything, the safety, and the outside views. Valet was worth every penny. Canopy, you will most definitely see us again!
