"My TV didn’t work and I called for assistance. I was told the maintenance person was taking someone to the airport and would check on my tv after his return. I never received any response. The next morning I was getting ready to go to an event for my friend who was performing at Tempe Center for the Arts and the hair dryer in my room was not working. I had to leave the hotel with wet hair. So I had no television in a hotel for 24 hours and I had to leave looking like a wet dog. This experience did not leave me wanting to be a return customer. "

When we checked in they asked for my id and credit card 3 times and then told me our rooms were not together a they couldn’t make changes. We were as far apart as we could have been. Thankfully we were traveling with another couple but had it been my children it would have been unacceptable. The front desk staff were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to what they were doing. We travel about thirty nights a year and we will never stay at a My Place again "

"Breakfast offerings were repeated from one day to the next. The potatoes were lukewarm at best and the scrambled eggs were a touch too salty. The tub and sink in our room both drained slowly. On arrival, our shower gel was empty and it took 2 requests to get more. When we did get it, it was not placed in the shower receptacle; it was left out on the sink counter. "
