Penthouse Paradise is the ultimate in oceanfront luxury, offering four spacious bedrooms, an open floor plan, and panoramic ocean views just outside on the balcony. Enjoy ample space for oceanside dining, entertaining, dolphin-watching, and unwinding while gazing at the moon reflecting on the water. This condo has been thoroughly renovated, featuring beautiful hardwood floors, new furniture, updated window treatments, and modern TVs throughout, providing guests with comfort, charm, and convenience. High-speed internet access is available throughout the home for added ease. The full kitchen boasts top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, along with plenty of space for family meals with an oceanfront view. At night, each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a TV; two of the bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms. The primary suite, located on the second floor, offers wraparound ocean views, a magnificent private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The Sanctuary is home to fantastic on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex is the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, which also features a children’s playground and courts for tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball, plus ample public parking for guests. Just down the road, you can explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, offering beach access and extensive hiking trails. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. It was larger than it looked on the listing and the 2 outdoor spaces/balconies were very appreciated- they overlooked the ocean and had enough seating. We loved the beach front location- the ocean view and sounds were fantastic- especially at night. Bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. We liked how close the building was to beach access and the 2 pools. The parking spot for the apartment was within steps of the elevator and the apartment was just steps away on tve 4th floor for ease of loading and unloading the car My only 2 complaints: 1- it would have been nice for there to have been beach chairs and umbrellas. It wasn’t a huge issue as we could leave ours in the car but with the price of the apartment I would have expected it 2- the 2nd pool was cold. It was later in the season so we weren’t expecting it to be too warm but the other pool is heated which is great. However the second pool is significantly smaller and doesn’t have the same shallow aspect for kids or lounge chairs. It would have been nicer if they were switched. That has nothing to do with the apartment though Sandbridge beach is lovely/ not overly developed and wide with great sand Overall we had a great time and would be happy to come back ##### amanda r.
