Direct Ocean Views We are thrilled to present 'Beach Haven,' a professionally decorated condo offering everything you need for an unforgettable Sandbridge vacation. This stunning unit boasts direct ocean and beach views, with beautiful natural light filling every room. 'Beach Haven' features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view – perfect for watching the sunrise! It also offers a large walk-in closet and a luxurious private bath with a jacuzzi-style tub, double sinks, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a large desk for any remote work needs. The third bedroom is ideal for families, offering two sets of twin bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. For your entertainment, all bedrooms are equipped with new SMART TVs. Just remember to bring your passwords! The large kitchen, recently updated with a new refrigerator, microwave, and wine/beverage fridge, offers a stunning ocean view. You'll also find a convenient coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press, and drip coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking, and bakeware, and it opens to a spacious dining room with seating for eight, making serving and clean-up a breeze. The dining room flows into the living room, which features a wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The living room is anchored by a brand new 55” SMART-TV with comfortable seating for everyone and provides easy access to the large balcony. Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, with convenient access to a market and restaurants. The building's atrium offers a large in-ground pool with plenty of tables, chairs, and chaises for relaxation. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are also available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space, you'll find a large locked closet perfect for storing your beach equipment (chairs, wagons, toys). It was right on the beach and also had a kid friendly pool which was great for our toddler. Beach itself was very clean and not crowded. There was a small market across the street for last minute items (highly recommend the donuts!) as well as a sub shop which was delicious. Things that could be fixed / improved:- We received an excessive amount of automated texts, emails, and calls leading up to the stay but upon replying when we actually needed something, got an out of office message or delayed response.- We were told in advance that we would only receive 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, and 1 dishwasher pod for the entire week. We had 5 adults and a toddler so this seemed quite stingy to me considering we paid 4K and wouldn’t receive this kind of rationing at a hotel or other equivalent.- The condo appeared mostly clean but there were some (gross) oversights like a bunch of ants crawling up the wall in the corner of the room, peanut shells that weren’t swept by the couch, and a very dirty air grate on the wall that needed a good wipe. With a toddler that touches everything and also tends to put his fingers in his mouth, these were things we had to take care of ourselves. There were also numerous burnt out light bulbs in various rooms throughout the condo.Overall would consider coming back to this beach but would likely choose another condo for the cost. ##### Elena T. Duck donuts were no match for the Sandbridge market donuts. Plenty of Shopping/Food options 10 minutes drive but getting to the Virginia Beach boardwalk was 30 minutes away, a bit of a drag. Perfect view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises. The biggest complaints I have about the property was the master suite bed, the bed was small and in much need of a new mattress. The master room was huge and could have very easily have handled a King bed which is always a plus and I feel would make the place more inviting. The other complaint was the balcony door would not lock which would have been a concern if we would have had young kids with us. You should also be aware that you will have a code you need to use to get into the parking area and again to get into the elevator area and once again to get onto the elevator. Then you will have a different code to get into your room. Which at first was a little overwhelming, but you get use to it as the week goes on. All in all the place was very nice and clean and we had an excellent week despite the bed situation which is the only thing that would keep me from renting this place again. ##### Kim W. I thought the cleaning fee was steep, the propert manager claimed the property had just had a deep clean but the moment we entered the condo there was an overwhelming smell of dog. It says all over the property no pets but definitely have had pets in this condo, unsure of this unit’s policy., we did not have pets. I have a five year old, when a toy rolled under the couch we moved the furniture to retrieve it the floor was disgusting, the rugs had animal hair imbedded in them abd had clearly not been vaccuumed. But despite the overall cleanliness our stay was EXCELLENT! The mgmt company was attentive when contacted and our overall stay was wonderful, would definitely recommend this property. ##### Heather M. The condo itself is a little worn down and could use some basic repairs (e.g., cracked baseboards and sections of flooring in master bath), fresh paint, some updated furnishings, and a thorough cleaning. Much larger inside than the pictures represented. We had 8 people and it was perfect. The balcony and views of the ocean were great to wake up to each day. The beach is right there so easy to go back and forth as needed. It’s a destination at the end of a 5 mile road so just know that as well. The property management company has an app and was great to communicate with making it super easy and having all the answers to your questions before during and after your stay.
