"Great location, close to everywhere. Train station, beach, ferry port are all within walking distance. The apartment is very clean that offers essential amenities for a short stay. The only thing that I can suggest is to maybe provide a proper cutting knife and cutting board for guests who wants/needs to cook or staying longer. "Good : Staff were friendly, hotel location to Pompeii was excellent, breakfast was good, rooms in main block were clean and close to breakfast area- Would recommend Other: It was the start of the winter season so hotel restaurant and bar were closed before 7PM . Drinks and snacks could be purchased from the reception area via a vending machine. Local area basically works around Pompeii opening and closing times so not much in the close vicinity is open after the tourists leave, but more restaurants in main Pompeii town which is a short taxis ride away. I was there to see Pompeii so location was perfect - No crowded train journey, relaxed start to the day and a short walk back to the hotel after long days walking around Pompeii and welcomed by great staff"

"We were initially on the floor below the restaurant and during early morning there was a lot of noise of tables being moved. But as we were staying for 8 nights, they immediately upgraded us to a deluxe room which was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and credit goes to Vincenzo, the restaurant manager and Benjamin at the bars. They were super friendly and knew how to look after hotel guests. Breakfast was good and they would cook omelettes on request, but it lacked grilled/boiled vegetables(which we have seen in most places). Otherwise, plenty of variety! Cakes to die for and different types of teas. Also, options for lactose free milk and a few gluten free options. The hotel is ideally located to walk to Vico Enquense station(12 mins walk, 2 stops on Bus 009) from where you can catch regular trains to Pompeii/Sorrento/Naples etc. We also tried dinner one night, but were not impressed with the flavour and quality of the vegetarian main course(starters and desserts were great)"

"This is a beautiful place. The reason I give a 4☆ is only due to the location of our room was above the ballroom. They open the valconies and the music was very loud. They had parties every day. I must say the first night was really bad, but the other two after we explained we couldn't sleep the volume was lower. There is nothing walking distance. If you driving like us, it is crazy no matter what time. I would stay closer to sorrento."
