The message from the owner before you arrive is very helpful. He includes directions as well as the check in process which was easy and helpful as well. The area is nice and quiet unless you get noisy neighbors which is out of anyones control. The cleanliness wasn't quite there for me. My bed had several hairs and a spot on the comforter. I did use the washer and dryer provided to wash them. Once washed, they were fine. I did not reach out to the owner when I noticed it and looking back I know I should have.
