The staff were all very helpful and kind. The restaurant was lovely. Our room was so comfortable that my mom opted to nap, rather than sightsee, one afternoon and was delighted with her choice.

Great restaurant, great parking allthough i thought parking was included but i was charged for it. Details in booking saids it provides parking spot which is misleading. Another thing is room service, you have to ask for it, We didnt know, used same towels for 2 days. Apart from that great location.

The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff is generally very friendly and pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel is quite noisy due to the frequent police sirens passing by, which can disturb the peace and comfort of the stay. The bed was also very hard and not particularly comfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Unfortunately, my experience was also disappointing when the taxi arranged by the hotel to take me to the airport never arrived. When I informed the front desk, the staff member did not seem particularly concerned or make an effort to contact the taxi company or find an alternative solution. This was especially frustrating when trying to get to the airport. Overall, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, but the noise and lack of assistance in this situation affected my experience.

All members of the staff were wonderful; always helpful and kind. The restaurant food was delicious. Great location. Walk to buses, trains and trams. Lights in the room were kind of interesting. The shower light was connected to the light over the bed so if someone wanted to shower with the light on, the light over the bed had to also be on. Quirky old building stuff.

I liked the location of the hotel...Staff was trying to be helpful,but not always successful.Could not open the window because it sagged a lot. Manager said ,just slam it hard till it will stay closed. Got on the Whattsapp conversation fake bills constantly for over € 500.- Complained 3-4 times... still there. Set up room cleaning every 2. Day....did not happen... Toiket seat was loose.. informed Maintenance to No avail for 10 days.... The Restaurant is high priced and low quality overall....
