"The staff at the hotel were polite. The room had everything that I needed. But the room was cramped. I slept on the side of the bed next to the sofa. It had an extra cover, as the cushions underneath were stained. This cover was left unfixed, so the strings were left hanging by the sofa. When I was getting out of bed, because this sofa cover was not fixed, I sometimes trips over the dangling ends. Especially as there was only a small amount of room between the bed and the sofa. About 8 inches. "

"Very disappointing stay – not the luxury experience advertised. I have stayed at this property previously and have also stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts around the world. Unfortunately this stay did not reflect the standard expected from a property promoted as luxury accommodation. There were multiple maintenance issues with the villa. The spa continually drained and would not hold water above the jets, meaning it could not be used properly. The oven was not functioning and had been replaced with a microwave, the hairdryer was broken, and all TV remotes had flat batteries. When we went to reception we were simply handed batteries to replace ourselves. We also called the after-hours number twice regarding the spa not working and received no response. At checkout the manager knocked on our door exactly at 11am while we were doing a final check before leaving. Instead of addressing the issues or the lack of response the previous evening, we were told the room needed to be vacated immediately and the manager remained outside the doorway waiting, which created a very uncomfortable interaction. To make matters worse, the public response posted by management online does not accurately reflect what occurred during our stay. Unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing and not the standard we had experienced here previously."

"Not very helpful staff another business taken over by Indians and have had every corner cut to save cost the mattress’s about 30 years old covered in stains. Most uncomfortable beds you’ve ever seen in your life places was under construction yet they demanded more than full price. It’s on a horrible main road really noisy traffic junkies walking in and out of the property the room smell like cigarettes, beds and towels covered in stains and they demand you. Wash the dishes or try to charge you extra money- not worth it. "

"Cheap and clean but exposed wiring at power points and light hanging from ceiling. Ok for a cheap over night stop off but wouldnt want to stay more than 1 night"

"its a motor inn so dont expect alot. Ok place for a stop over. The shower could have been cleaner as it had slight mould at the corners and the bed cover and towles were aged. "
