  • In the historic Rockland area of Victoria, this charming home and garden offers the most comfortable accommodations on a quiet street, close to all amenities. Newly remodelled bathrooms offer a spa experience and the kitchen is completely equipped. Second bedroom can be made up with either two twin beds or one king, and the sitting room sofa converts to a double bed.

    2bdrm/2bth fully equipped apartment occupying entire top floor of charming home with wonderful garden, close to centre in historic Rockland, located on a quiet street but just steps from shopping, transit and a park with tennis courts and playground.

Great location, comfy apartment.

A pleasant month in Victoria, within 15 minutes walk of anywhere. Sandra and Doug are friendly and kind, the kitchen is well equipped, both bthrms are clean and warm, bedrooms spacious and pleasant. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Great inner city stay

We stayed for nearly 2 months in the summer. The location was ideal, very walkable/bikeable/close to transit, shops, restaurants, etc. the suite is upstairs and got quite hot some days, they supplied fans but the windows only opened partially and no window screens means we did get some mosquito bites.

Awesome retreat

Loved the place property👍 Our granddaughter is in university, all online of course. She had her own bedroom, bathroom and an office to work from!! We walked everyday, location was great. And personally I loved the sitting garden complete with pond. Highly recommended.

Victoria stay

Although the property was lovely many of the shops and places we wanted to explore were closed due to covid 19. We checked out alot of beaches in and around Victoria which one can only do so much of. We did end up cutting out trip short due to social distancing and the unknown of what was coming next. I would go again just hopefully there is no outbreak at the time.
