Séjour en famille a Venise

Appartement propre et en bon état. La localisation est super, proche de Rialto Mercato. L'environnement est calme, la literie de qualité et nous avons bien dormi. La cuisine est correctement équipée. Je recommande tout a fait cette location.

Logement idéalement situé au sein de Venise, proche de toutes les commodités et sites à visiter. Logement bien équipé (une vraie cafetière de taille normale serait un plus), propre et literie impeccable. Nous avous eu des difficultés à avoir de l eau chaude dans la salle d eau ( impossible d utiliser les 2 salles de bain en même temps). Mais globalement, très satisfait de la location

Idéalement situé

Ce logement est confortable relativement bien équipé. Peut-être faudrait-il un grille pain et une cafetière électrique plus performants ? Nous avons bien apprécié l'accueil que nous a réservé Ernst, très sympathique et précis dans ses explications. L'endroit où est située cette location est vraiment idéal car proche des endroits,touristiques de Venise mais tout en restant très calme. La proximité du marché est un plus qui nous a permis de trouver de bons produits pour les repas. En résumé nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement pour passer une belle semaine vénitienne.

Annalisa is a wonderful host! She provided us with valuable information and anwered many questions throughout the months leading up to our arrival. Nadia, our contact person in Venice for checking in and getting the keys was very helpful and very understanding. We were driving down from the Dolomites in a showstorm and did not know when we would actually arrive or which Alilaguna we would be on. Nadia stayed in contact with us during the drive and was waiting for us when we approached the apartment. We had a wondeful time in Venice. The apartment was very comforatble for four adults, well equipped for preparing food, and the two bathrooms were a very nice feature. The washing machine was a blessing as we came down to Venice after spending nine days in the Dolomites skiing and touring and needed clean clothes. The location of the apartment was ideal. It was an easy walk to everwhere we wanted to visit and the location was very quiet. We were happy that we could not hear the loud partying that was going on in other areas! We highly recommend this apartment!

Only there for 2 nights between cruises. The apartment was well furnished and hostess provided coffee. Thankfully they dropped us a pin to find it and met us at the door. Listing mentioned stairs and you do have to be in good shape to navigate the stairs with luggage

We loved our stay here! The flat was super clean, stocked with necessities and offered very comfortable beds. The location was fantastic – close to the ferry and easy to find - also with easy access to absolutely everything in Venice by foot or ferry. We stayed a week and still weren’t ready to leave. The Rialto Bridge was less than 5 minutes and all the delicious dining and sights of San Polo were right outside the door. The pictures and description are spot on – a delightful flat with room to plan for the next day while enjoying a bottle of wine around the table at night, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a washing machine. The stairs were typical for Venice and not a problem (we are 4 people celebrating 60th birthdays) and being on the top floor offered lovely rooftop views, an overlook of a canal and quiet nights for sleeping. Communication with the owner and key manager was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was quite nice. We got lost finding it but had no difficulties afterwards. The stairs are steep so just be aware. We liked the location being close to the Rialto market and bridge. There were nice amenities at the apartment.

Perfect Venice Apt

The 3BD/2BA apt was the perfect apt for our first visit to Venice. Very, very clean, well appointed and appreciated the extra toiletries. Centrally located. 3min walk to waterbus stop and 4min walk to Rialto bridge. Check-in with Helin was seamless. One note. Apt is on the 3rd floor and last flight of stairs are steep. We were fine but might be something to consider for others. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment and great location!

This place was great for a family of 5! All kiddos were able to get their own bed in a comfortable apartment with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable, having two bathrooms is a plus & it was furnished very well. The apartment is up on the third floor but it’s nice not having anyone above you and is in a very peaceful area that is only steps away from the Rialto Market & Bridge. Additionally, San Polo was packed with great restaurants & shops! We will definitely stay again! Thank you 😊
