This cozy apartment for two people is located exactly 100 steps from Saint Mark's square! The entrance is independent and in a very quiet street. Air conditioning and fast internet WiFi.

An exceptional location to enjoy the main attractions within walking distance in a few minutes!

Easily accessible from the airport, railway station and Piazzale Roma thanks to its proximity to the San Marco waterbus stop, the apartment is located in a quiet street away from the crowds.

The apartment is located in a hidden street, just behind Saint Mark's square, which is why it is very quiet and peaceful despite its super central location.

The entrance is independent. You will enjoy maximum privacy.
The apartment is equipped to live in and consists of:
- living room with table, 4 chairs, sofa and fully equipped kitchen (stove and oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine, etc.)
- bedroom with double bed, smart TV, mirror and wardrobe. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door
- The bathroom is small but functional: it has been completely renovated

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and fast wi-fi internet (fiber).

The apartment is located in the most popular and renowned district of Venice: San Marco. Furthermore it is amazingly close to the awesome Saint Mark’s Square. By staying so close to the top sight you can walk to the square also during the peaceful mornings, touching sunsets and charming evenings, relaxing at the rhythms of the cafés’ orchestras.

The district of San Marco is the most famous in Venice. Here there are all the major tourist attractions, the most famous museums and great restaurants.

The Fenice Theatre is behind the corner and the closest supermarket is just 4 minutes walking from home.

Appartement idéalement placé mais très sombre, la lumière est obligatoire toute la journée. La salle de bain est minuscule, pas fonctionnelle.La literie est excellente.Très bon accueil de Freddy.

Points positifs : emplacement, literie, appartement calme. Points négatifs : rez-de-chaussée annoncé, or pour y accéder : une marche très très haute, deux fois plus haute que pour les maisons voisines. Cela aurait dû être précisé dans l'annonce ! A 65 ans, je me suis fait du mal à chaque fois que je " montais " dans l'appartement. Pas moyen de s'appuyer sur la poignée de la porte car elle est basse, ni sur la gauche. C'était horrible ! En plus la porte ne s'ouvrait pas en grand car une " cloison de salle d'eau " empêche l'ouverture complète. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, cette lourde porte se referme sur vous avant que vous ne soyez complètement entré. Salle d'eau inexistante, j'appelle cela des WC : quand on est assis aux toilettes, on a le pied gauche dans le coin douche. Pas hygiénique. Donc on est en chaussures dans la douche. Quand on sort de cet endroit on est directement au niveau de la porte d'entrée. Pas hygiénique non plus. Porte accordéon de cette " salle d'eau " très bruyante, il faut forcer pour fermer.Appartement très sombre normal dansune ruelle, mais les stores du salon ne sont pas entretenus : on les relève, ils retombent aussitôt. On vit dans l'obscurité ou avec la lumière électrique. Télévision : seulement Netflix ! Bonne connexion Wifi mais aucun réseau mais je comprends que ceci soit ainsi dans le quartier. Aspirateur plein qui sort du placard de la chambre. Placard qu'on ne peut donc pas fermer. L'aspirateur était en équilibre sur un gros sac ...

We enjoyed our time in Venice at this apartment. It was exactly as described in the listing, the hosts and their agent were easy to communicate with and they were very helpful. The location is very near the biggest tourist spot in Venice, so there are plenty of options for eating and shopping, etc. That said, you don’t have to wander far to escape the crowds. One thing of note, the street ends at a busy dock for the cart porters, so there is early morning noise, but it isn’t a dealbreaker. If you’re sensitive to that, bring earplugs!

Great location, close to la Piazza SAN Marco, and easy access to the water busses, shopping and restaurants. The host was punctual for check-in, allowing us to check in early, as our flight arrived in the morning, and communication was great. The bathroom was tiny, and the floor was not really clean. Otherwise, the accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay.

My stay in Venice was pleasant. My stay at the property was a bit stressful. I received limited communication from the property owners and manager until the day of arrival. At that point the property manager began harassing me about my arrival time by sending me messages every few minutes and requesting I meet him someplace different from the website instructions for his convenience. He was very rude and set a negative tone for the start of my trip. The property, located down a narrow dark alley, was very close to key sites as advertised. Inside it was very dark (w/lights on), moist, and not very clean. Due to the lighting, it took me several days to notice holes in the walls, things that were broken, and mold growing in corners (I took a few photos that I am happy to share with the owner). The furnishings, while dated, were adequate. Definitely read prior reviews about the bathroom! It takes some adjusting to but you can make it work.

I was forced to find a new place to stay when I arrived. Despite the fact that I contacted the owners about my disability and was told there were no stairs but a heavy front door, the ledge to even get in the front door was at least 2 feet high and the door was not just heavy- it was impossible to open without two fully functioning hands and significant body weight applied while turning the key. I have the use of only one hand which I told them and it was not possible to get in and out of the apartment. Both the lady who showed up to let us in and my husband had great difficulty opening the door and they have strong fully functioning bodies. . It was similarly difficult to open the door from the inside and I could not risk getting trapped inside or locked out of my home for the week. I find it hard to believe that others have not had similar trouble and yet the owners have not refunded even though I had already paid for the entire week They had the insensitivity to offer me a 5% discount on my next stay! Unbelievable!!
Waiting at the front door to be let in was the extent of my stay.
I was inside as long as it took my husband to find a new place to stay.

Awesome in Venice!

Well to say the least..even though the “Sanchez / Bezos wedding was the talk of the town during our stay..and the 500 million super yacht..and the glitz and glamour..they fortunately overlooked the least likely of vacation paradise accommodations in all of Italy!! A quiet..quaint little abode..deep in the center of San Marco..a narrow street and unassuming doorway to nirvana..small in size..but huge on satisfaction and even more in comfort..tastefully accoutremented with the essentials to make the stay unique..our own home cooked meals..ingredients found in local markets..wine again part of the spirit of the city..and after a hot day exploring the twists and turns and foods and delights..back to an excellent bed..air conditioned comfort and very very quiet streets..and friendly neighbours..our hosts Agata & Andrea and their on-site colleague Ernst provided seamless and ( diligent ) communication to ease our stay..one day we will return to Venice..we would hope to re-acquaint ourselves with St. Marks Square in 100 steps!!

Incognito Hideaway

The spacious apartment is well-equipped for 1-3 guests. It is also in a prime location close to San Marcos Square, water bus/taxi/gondola, a variety of restaurants and lots of shopping.

Nice and convenient

The apartment was very close to St Mark’s Square, extremely convenient. It was very clean and roomy enough to spread out and be comfortable. The only drawback is the tiny bathroom with the toilet and shower combo. It worked for a couple of days but if I were staying longer I wouldn’t have been happy with the bathroom size. Then again, it’s Venice and there’s not much the owner could do about that. Check in was a little complicated because the owner was trying to communicate with me and we didn’t have cell service in Italy so I wasn’t receiving the messages.

It was a perfect location, very accessible and clean. The property manager was helpful and responsive. Just a suggestion... Don't make the renters figure out where to dump trash... Let the cleaning service do that.

A very quaint property with most things you needed. Tucked away in a quiet alley. Very old, needs a little repairing on the front door which looks like it's broken. The price was very high we thought but perhaps that's how it is in Venice. The people we dealt with were very helpful.

The property overall is wonderful. While the pictures are accurate, we were not expecting such a tiny (I mean smaller than a cruise ship bathroom). The walls could use a good cleaning and the front door while beautiful is in need of repairs. There is AC which was a deal breaker for us , however, we did not know until check in that you can’t use it unless it’s 27 degrees in the room. I think with a few minor touch ups it would be an even more wonderful place. Overall I would stay again as the location is fantastic

Fantastic Location!!!

This apartment was perfect. So close to everything. No more than 10 minute walk to almost everything. Property manager was super helpful throughout our stay. Place was clean and had all we needed. Bed was basically a King and very comfortable. Quiet location. Loved everything about it!
