The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment boasts original and prestigious truss ceilings, parquet floors, air conditioning, a fan, and a cradle available on request. All rooms are very bright with several windows. Nearby, you'll find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs.

The apartment is just around the corner from a Venetian supermarket, less than a 1-minute walk away, making food shopping easy. For fresh produce, visit the famous Rialto Market (no Sunday), which offers just-caught fish, fresh fruits, and vegetables near the Rialto Bridge. Additionally, there are various small food outlets nearby for meats, cheese, and bread, providing a more interesting shopping experience than the supermarket. ### Tourist Tax

As of August 24, 2011, all visitors staying in accommodation within the Municipality of Venice must pay a "Tourist tax."
