It is 60 sqm furnished with style, where they are offered all the comforts that a hotel can give, but without sacrificing the intimacy and comfort that only a house can offer. The newly built structure is equipped with all the comforts and is sanitized according to the procedures provided by law.

Bring a flashlight the streets of Venice are dark. Lots of good places to eat nearby and a small market with fresh fruit and other necessities. The bed was comfy, the AC war powerful. WiFi wasn’t very strong in the main bedroom, but worked really well in the kitchen area. The apartment was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Close to the vaporetto and walking distance to many things.

Comfy beds and couch. Nice kitchen. COOP food store nearby. Very close to water bus. Good space, shower was nice, drain cover is slippery if stepped on. Perfect location! Away form the big crowds - in a quieter neighborhood that had everything we needed. Bakery, grocery store, trattoria. We walked everywhere with no trouble.The apartment itself was exactly as expected. Basic kitchen supplies, ample room, clean. Great experience.Host provided detailed options on how to get from the airport. Directions to the apartment, and recommendations for where to eat.

Perfect home base

This spot was perfect for us. Quiet for our little ones to sleep, enough space that we could all do our own thing, walking distance from lots of great restaurants and shopping. Apartment had everything we needed, hosts were very helpful and easily reached, AC and hot water were on point, overall we would absolutely stay here again.

Off the beaten track

This small but comfortable apartment is down a narrow street in a local neighborhood close to Fondamente Nove. Perfect for couple with or without a child. Although off the beaten track, it’s easy to access the rest of the city. Good air conditioner made it even more comfortable.

A great location-although a little hard to find. Confusion about the tourist tax, as we never saw our host or did not have clear directions as to how we pay it-or if it was part of our fee(?)

Short stay

It is in a great location and the apartment was very clean and easy to check in. Owner was very responsive and bed was very comfortable. The only downside is lack of sound proofing - we could hear the upstairs neighbors on our first night as if they were in our flat. Luckily earplugs (that owners left behind) did the trick.

Nice vacation

The apartment has been renovated and is very comfortable and is kept clean. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had trouble finding it in the dark, so suggest getting there during daylight hours. The Venetians that we encountered were very helpful and went out of their way to help us with directions. There is easy access to vaporetto stops and there are some restaurants and a bakery nearby. Not far from a grocery store also. We had a nice vacation there.

Great spot in Venice

We were in Venice 2 nights in August. We found this apartment clean, comfortable and quiet. We may have benefited from the August holidays but really enjoyed this quiet respite away from the busyness of touristy Venice. Plenty of places to eat within a short walking distance and close enough to Piazza San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Also within a short distance from the ferry stop for the airport and Murano/Burano. Best yet was it’s proximity to the narrowest street in Venice which meant we were close to home.

The apartment was very clean and as described in the pictures and description. The location is close to many restaurants and a short walk to historical sites. The apartment is a little hard to find from the description, but it is RIGHT next to calle varisco (the narrowest street in Venice). The picture of the door was a great help. I recommend traveling light in Venice. Dragging big or multiple suitcases over the canal bridges is not fun. I've learned my lesson.
