Personalmente me tocó ir a retirarlas en recepción porque no lo recordaban 4) El agua caliente no funcionó … por lo que el agua helada era imposible para usarse en la ducha 5) Al no tener agua caliente fue imposible usar el jacuzzi del lugar por el cual se había pagado 6) Permitieron que huéspedes usaran bafle Internamente en las zonas privadas, de muy mal gusto 7) Poco nivel de atención de los trabajadores, lo que se menciona en buena atención no sucedió nunca! En definitiva pagar casi USD 200 de reserva … por una sola noche … no lo es … Muy Mala Experiencia. Al final tuve que quejarme y solo dicen que no era su culpa nada y no cobraron 3 comidas …. No me parece un ambiente familiar para ir con niños, no hay mesas en el restaurantes hay que comer en la barra.
