![At the intersection of Victoria Street / Vasagatan is one of Gothenburg's most remarkable houses. It was built in 1890 and designed by H Hedlund and Y Rasmussen on behalf of SA Hedlund family. "We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best."

"Bel accueil par la jeune fille qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour le séjour, tel que le parking. Comme nous repartions de très bon matin, elle nous a également proposé des "breakfast bag". La chambre était belle est très grande. Pas de chaine tv française ou en anglais par contre. "
