You need to wash dishes and cutlery differently, in the breakfeast area there was so many plates that were dirty on the buffet and there was toothpast in the glas in my room

First impressions - matters. After checking in online, I got a message my room was ready. I tried to check in at 14:40 - to be told that they charge me £20 to release the room before 16:00 hrs (not mentioned in the ’room ready’ message.
