L'appartement a été refait à neuf, très bien entretenu avec des rangements. Le parking souterrain est appréciable, il suffit de faire 100 m à pied pour accéder aux pistes. Tous les jeudi soir pendant les vacances scolaires, le feu d'artifice est tiré face au balcon de l'appartement.
