Great business hotel
Exactly what you'd expect when you come for business. Hotel is centrally located, but not too centrally. Room is good size. Modern shower. Clean. Comfy. Helpful staff.

no bar
The room was very clean and modern and larger than you would expect. The woman at reception was very kind but we were disappointed there was no bar or nice area to sit in. This gave the impression it was just a get them in get them out type of place. The car park was secure but quite tight for parking.

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. But they didn't provide me with parking despite the fact that the description says they have onsite parking

Personnel très courtois, hôtel super propre à l'état neuf, excellent petit-déjeuner, parapluies disponibles, à distance de marche des restos. Chambre surchauffée avec porte-serviette qui émet une chaleur suffoquante: très difficile de rafraîchir la pièce a moins d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur la rue bruyante. Housse de couette trop chaude et oreillers qui ne paient pas de mine.

Plenty hotel around find something better
No lift for staff, so if you are at the 3 floor or you are prepare to wait the lift for about 15/20 minutes or you have to do all by stairs. Nearly one hour for the check in because is just one person in reception and decide to have a phone call about 20/30 minutes and I stood in front of him. Not to mention they do not have a restourant and they advice some but is not restourant is take away closed and low quality. Pretty bad situation I have to deal and from a 4 stars hotel this is ridiculous.

Good spot in Valence
Great location, free parking, my room was quiet and clean, with a mini fridge with complementary beverages. Didn't have the breakfast, there's a bakery and a convenience store right around the corner, and the downtown area is less than a 10 minute walk. Recommended.

The Hotel is easy to find, with access to the underground car park immediately adjacent. We recommend using the parking bay in front of the hotel first, in order to leave heavy bags/cases in reception. You are given an access code, as the parking is secure. Once parked, access to the hotel is via a narrow, steep winding staircase, unsuitable for people with mobility issues. This was the only minor negative, as the rest of the hotel is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful, offering maps of the locality, and recommendations of where to eat. There is a pleasant dining area for breakfast, with staff on hand should you need anything. We stayed for one night as a stop over, but would certainly stay again. We arrived in a heatwave but our room was cool. A supply of free non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge was greatly appreciated. Well stocked bathroom, plenty of towels available. Although the hotel was busy, we had a peaceful night's sleep.

there was nothing to like or dislike. Tired in places and could have been cleaner. Didn't sleep well which was probably the bed. Breakfast was good.

Ok nothing great. Overpriced
The lobby is nicer than the rooms. We paid more to be on the top floor with a loft bed. The steps up were wood and scary at night to use bathroom. We had to leave a light on for safety. The only real furniture was an ikea type love seat. Very basic. Breakfast was nice except runny scrambled eggs. Hotel is several blocks from the charming old town area

Disappointed
Had the room with the mezzanine and it wasn’t great, a lot of lost space which was a shame for a large room. The stairs and handrail didn’t feel that safe either.

Close to town, clean and free parking
The Atrium has free parking and is close to the town. Walking to the centre is a short jaunt. The room we were allocated was a fair size and I could not really find anything to complain about. Perfect for a nights stop in Valence.

Great location close to city center . Too much black paint gives a sense of interior darkness . Very helpful front office staff . Good above found parking but garage parking is somewhat tight .

Fantastic hotel with private, off-street parking and within walking distance of dining and shopping---and places to enjoy the local Cotes du Rhone wines. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast (Continental-style)! P.S. Hotel is dog-friendly!

Over estimated
Hôtel room are fitting with the standard. Parking below hotel doesn’t have a lift to bring you up with luggage and is also very dark and you can easily feel unsafe. (See picture) No Bar , no way to get a drink with someone in the hotel. You have to go away. Just good to sleep but not what you expect from a 4 star ranked hotel. Hotel de France, closer to city center (ranked 2 star) is at least 5 times better to spend a good time with equivalent room standards

It was a good hotel , clean with big room and good amenities. The only part that was not very impressing was the underground garage space and access. It was definitly matching the rest of hotel.

Lovely Hotel
Situated less than 5 minutes walk from the main centre, this is a perfect hotel if you are staying in the area or just passing through as I was. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant but there was complimentary tea and coffee, water, etc. in the lobby area as well as the rooms. The town centre is very nice with plenty of bars and restaurants. I had a lovely meal in Restaurant Le Shalimar on Place St. Jean. Very friendly host there. There is a buffet breakfast in the hotel with enough of a selection before hitting the road. WiFi is very good. There is parking to the rear of the hotel through secure gates. A bit tight when parking but it is the town centre so no problem with that. Overall, it is a lovely hotel that I would definitely stay again if looking to stay in the area again.

We were Ina convenient location near the town centre and felt it was safe as the car was in a coded and gated complex. They provided complementary refreshments in the room and public area. We did not enjoy the split level aspect of the room as the bed space area was very small and we had to go down the stairs to use the bathroom and toilet. It would've been difficult for people who were elderly or infirm. Otherwise all the facilities were good.

Great hotel
Very nice hotel, modern and clean. Rooms are big and comfortable. Parking is a little tight and difficult to access but this is expected in a city centre location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

What a find!
We stayed here on way south. A wonderful hotel with lovely staff. The breakfast was worth the extra payment. 5* all round from us.

Great stay
Chic, stylish hotel. Clean, cool 2 story room we had. Roomy bathroom. Convenient mini appartment style. Great hotel within walking distance to great brasseries and restaurants.
