Other Details to Note:

Air Conditioning: Each bedroom (except the bunk room, which is partially below ground) has 1 window air conditioning unit. Common spaces like the living room do not have AC. Portable AC units can be rented for an additional fee.

Rental Agreement: All reservations require a signed digital rental agreement on file with Vail Butler to be confirmed. This agreement will be sent to you via email for your review and signature.

Check-In Instructions: Your check-in instructions and home guide will be sent via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to your arrival. To ensure you receive these, please make sure a valid cell phone number is on your reservation file.
