We had to go purchase all those items ourselves. The house is certainly showing some wear and tear and needs a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the family room and the carpets were worn. When we pulled out the dishes, pans and silverware, they all needed to be washed. In addition, the vast majority of all the kitchen utensils are broken or cracked, which just invites bacteria. The hair dryer did not work but the management company quickly replaced. ##### Mark B.
