It took over an hour to get access to the property. There was an inner door code that had not been provided and it took an hour for local management to respond. Guest services kept saying someone would respond "soon" but wouldn't commit whether it would be that night or the next day. Poor service and very frustrating. The BBQ grill did not have propane tank hooked up. The slider door locks were VERY difficult to operate with some being broken. The washer did not operate (GFI was broken). My clothes were stuck in a non-operating washer. Local management was contacted and after 12 hours they still had not responded and never did respond. Obtained an extension cord to work around the GFI to get my partially washed clothes out of the machine before my departure. ##### Russell G. The pictures are accurate with the amazing views, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and very clean. The bbq came in handy and the hot tub was well needed after days on the mountain. Kitchen could use more stock such as coffee or tea which was not provided. Also there were 2 doors with different codes to get in, one which we were not given until calling the property manager. Only downsides worth mentioning are the shuttle to Vail is not close, 25 mins down a windy road with no sidewalk which you would not want to walk on a snow day. Was not a huge issue as we had a vehicle and used uber a few times. Also to note is the house utilities (I.e. heat pump) are loud in a couple of the bedrooms making sleep when jet lagged difficult at times. Still would recommend for a spacious ski holiday for a group who want their space. ##### Chris K.
