This beautiful 2-story retreat, nestled in a serene wooded setting, spans 1,800 sq. ft. and comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, making it ideal for families and groups. Property Highlights: \- Prime Location: Just a short distance from Starved Rock State Park and surrounded by scenic natural beauty. \- Comfortable Accommodations: The villa features two elegantly appointed bedrooms. It was also fairly clean; although I did see some things that were missed. The grounds were in rough shape after the winter with garbage strewn about; but that is an issue for the groundskeeper. Wish there was an agreement with the resort next door for waterpark privileges. Location is close to both Starved Rock and Matthiessen State Park, downtown Utica, and other neighboring towns. Everything was just like the listing, and bigger than we expected.
