The cabin is located on a secluded lot that is only two long blocks from the amenities of Holly Lake Ranch including the lake, park, courts, putt putt, hiking trail and much more. This beautifully decorated rustic, yet modern, log cabin is perfect for families or couples that are looking for a romantic get-away. From the moment you enter the door, you will be encompassed with a feeling of welcome and relaxation. This unique log cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a pull out queen bed sofa and two memory foam rollaways stored in a closet, the cabin can sleep 9 comfortably. 9 guests is our maximum (we can not exceed 9) and there is parking for up to 5 cars. The three spacious bedrooms offer smart televisions, and each has its own unique ensuite. One of the bedrooms is its own private suite located off the large covered back porch. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. The living room is great for gathering or for enjoying the ambiance of the fireplace. In the mornings, you can enjoy your coffee on the back patio while wildlife watching. In the evenings, you can sit around the warmth of the firepit, or make s'mores with family and friends. Items included at the cabin... \-Fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking and serving, \-BBQ Grill with propane provided, \-Coffee Maker (drip style), \-All linens for beds and towels, \-Fire pit with firewood provided, \-Smart televisions in each bedroom and living area, and \-WIFI throughout the house, patios and firepit. There is something for everyone at Holly Lake Ranch Resort. Y’all will enjoy amenities such as fishing (no fishing license required) at the 5 private lakes, golfing, swimming beach, hiking, biking, tennis, putt-putt, disc golf and so much more. Please note that Holiday Inn has seized operations at HLR and their eastside amenities (including the watercraft rentals on the eastside) are closed to all HLR owners & their guests. Our cabin is located on the westside and the above listed amenities are available on westside. There is a restaurant in the resort near the golf club house. Other restaurants are available outside the resort. 100 miles east of Dallas and minutes from Tyler, Mineola, Gladewater and Jefferson guests can enjoy antique shops, restaurants, theatres, wineries and local entertainment. Just like Holly Lake Ranch, our cabin is for your families and friends to enjoy. Our cabin is not a “party house”; therefore, no loud gatherings, no events and no parties are allowed. Our custom log cabin and it’s upscale rustic decor & furniture is our personal weekend getaway home and we expect guests to take great care of it. Up to TWO dogs are welcomed to stay at the cabin but only if they are house trained (know to go outside) AND are NOT destructive. Dogs are NOT to be ever left alone in the cabin or a room unless they are in a crate. For security, outside facing only cameras (Ring) are located on the outside of each exterior door of the cabin. There is also a Ring camera at the Barn door. They are not actively monitored. Our first time to stay in Holly Lake Ranch so we were amazed by the community. Great memory: I was in the kitchen and noticed a deer outside. It was four deer, 2 mamas and their babies, and they just quietly munched around the cabin, front, back, and side, and then just crossed the street. Seems like their regular rounds. We had a great time on our vacation! There were 3 rooms with big beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom was amazing. The scenery was beautiful and we were blessed with the presence of many a deer right outside the front and back windows. The front windows were huge and it was very peaceful to sit and watch the wildlife. Also, 24/7 security made it feel very safe. Very thankful for the pet friendliness and accepting my cat. She always go with me! The downsides were a dirty oven and the ice maker didn’t work because the filter needs to be replaced. A downside (outside of the owner’s control) is NO cell service AT ALL. With all the trees and large lot you can’t tell you have neighbors. Luxurious cabin. Very clean. Deer wander right up to the front door. Although we didn’t have time to use them, the community has lots of amenities. Golf, putt putt, pickle ball , private fishing lakes with docks and more. Will book here again. ##### Mark D. Loved the house and the area outside for relaxing. We saw deer every day in back yard. Enjoyed fishing, putt putt golf and even frisbee golf. All in all it was a great stay. ##### Randy W. The living space is large and very comfortable for small or large groups. The outdoor living space allows everyone to enjoy a great covered porch , overlooking a wonderful wooded view. The owner was very easy to work with. I would recommend this location to friends and family. ##### David H. Your own private getaway that is so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the lakes and sandy beaches. Love the welcoming bear and Big Foot. We bring our adult children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. Excellent sleeping accomadations for all. Saw deer everyday. It's such a quiet peaceful place!! Feer were walking in the yard, the older girls went play pickle ball and basketball the you get one loved the playground!
