« This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....

« The pics and descriptions don't do this place justice. The renovations are gorgeous. Layout is perfect - I didn't want to leave! Kitchen is huge and the upscale appliances are awesome. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom watching the golfers. Decor is eclectic and interesting - everything is well-appointed including great bath products, sheets and towels. « Owner was out of town so it took a few tries to get check in instructions, but he was apologetic and otherwise very responsive to questions. Accommodations were clean, modest, and accurately described. We appreciated already stocked coffee and laundry supplies. Updating the pots/pans, stocking shampoo/conditioner/soaps, and instructions for TV streaming would add alot to the value. »

« This is our 3rd year visiting Arthur and staying in this home. We come back every year because the home has exactly what you need to feel at home. It is spotless. The kitchen has all the appliances, a grill, and utensils to stay home to eat and restaurants within walking distance if you want to do that. The neighborhood is quiet.we love this home. »

« We were sending our son to college and stayed for 5 nights. We also remotely work at the dinning room. Beds are comfortable. Lots of towels, toilet paper and Kleenex. We also enjoyed the coffee pods supplied in the kitchen, so we didn't have to buy coffee. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if we go back to visit. »

« Stayed with my two boys (12 & 9) and we had a great time! Perfect secluded getaway for outdoor lovers! Public beach close by and town only about 15 minutes away. House was very nice and clean. My 9 year old was the fisher winner catching about 25 fish. We caught bass, bluegill and sunfish. All nice size fish! Shooting range was also a lot of fun! Bonfires with s’mores every night. Great time, highly recommended and hope to return again. »
