"This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy experience. "

"Ok I normally don't write reviews, but this time I can't help it. The air conditioning sucked it didn't blow out the least bit of kool air let alone cold air. The room was dirty it looked like it hadn't been mopped in a year. The bathroom had a whole in the wall above the towel rack that was just open and the nats was so bad especially in the bathroom. went to pick up our food from the restraunt that's right next door got back to the room bout to eat and I took the lid off the cheese dip turned my head long enough to put chips on my gbabys plate and I go to grab the cheese dip and there was already nats in it. The lamps didn't have any bulbs in them at all except for one and the one lamp that did have a bulb shocked the **** out of me. The staff was okay and had no issues with the parking "

"Breakfast at all the Tru by Hilton hotels(I have stayed in many is suboptimal and disappointing-eggs looked terrible and non palatable). Furnishings are spartan but adequate. Unless price is low I would choose alternative lodging. Cheaper hotel I stayed in odessa Texas had an excellent breakfast. This chain can do better "

"Breakfast was good. Room was decent. The room had a big stain on the carpet. Air-conditioning was eh. "

"Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees should inform guests. Instead we got a text an hour after we left informing us of the hours of the observation deck. Hotel was beautiful and clean but due to lack of communication probably would not stay here again. "

"It's a very nice hotel for that area. The rooms are a nice size. One thing I noticed in my room, the top of the windows and some corners need to be dusted and wiped. And the TV in my room was kind of broke off the wall. I was nervous to touch it. The breakfast was very good. Nice options. I respect it but I didn't need housekeeping to keep knocking on my door same time every morning, even when I put the sign on the door. And they knock and try to come in. So keep the latch on the door. "
