No cooktop in room. Needed to get the hot plate from front desk

It was very clean they had things ready for you to use. It was in center of every were .you can walk to beal st with no problem. I didn't really see the staff but when I call down there before coming there they wear very help full.

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same

The place is clean and nice but it's a lower end 4 star, no complimentary water in room or water stations except in the lobby during the evening. Very basic bathroom amenities, charge for parking even though it's way out of town in a cheap area. They charge the same as Peabody which is much better. If you want a full Elvis experience, they play an Elvis movie in the evening and pipe Elvis music throughout the hotel so decide if you want to pay for that. The outdoor pool is very nice though in warmer months.

The Arrive is a swanky contemporary modern hotel within walking distance of many attractions in Memphis! This place does not disappoint. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. The cafe and bar are a bonus. Stay here!
