The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a futon-style sleeper in the living room to comfortably accommodate two more people (total of four). The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/oven and countertop appliances for preparing and cooking light/easy meals for people on-the-go. The garage can easily fit a compact to mid-sized (gas or electric) auto. The unit is situated near a park with (2) lighted tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, and walking/biking trails and paths. Our travelers can enjoy a spacious patio/backyard with an 11-ft wide gate and 22-ft long driveway wide enough to accommodate a small camper or pick-up truck like a RAM 1500.

Depending on the time of year, Tucson boasts of the annual Gem Show which usually runs end of January through the first week of February. There are also other events like the Tucson Rodeo in February and the El Tour de Tucson usually held in November to benefit a selected non-profit organization, just to name a few.
