"This historic home is nothing fancy, but it's cozy, clean, and well located. I especially liked staying out of my car and walking to U of A, to downtown, and to shops and restaurants in the West University district. If there's any drawbacks, I'd say seating for the TV area is just OK, not great, and that there's no dishwasher. Minor issues, at least for me. Overall I'd say this is a comfortable place that offers great value. I'd be happy to stay here again. Host Debra is communicative and seems...

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had just what I needed, and I was able to come back at night and unwind before heading out the next day. Cute neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. Easy access to GV proper and GV recreation center."

"We really love this little casita which is centrally located to everything. The layout is a little different, but it is very well maintained! This was our first visit to Tucson and spent a lot of time exploring. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings in the cozy backyard. The only thing we could recommend is new beds/mattresses - they weren’t as comfortable as we would’ve liked. We do plan on returning in the future and we will be looking to book this casita."
