« The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...

The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. « Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

« Lovely early 20th century apartment. Very nicely decorated. Extremely clean. The owner met us promptly with the key and responded promptly to requests. It is adjacent to old downtown Flagstaff and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Thanks for everything. »

« Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate »
